The precision instrument lab has 8 types of research equipment including Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA), and Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), and mainly performs chemical testing.

UTM (Universal Test Machine), which has a maximum test load of 10 tons and has two types, mechanical and hydraulic, is used to test tensile, compressive, and flexural strength as well as each modulus of elasticity, and impact tester, cryogenic chamber, high-temperature chamber, and thermo-hygrostat are used to perform mechanical tests.
